Procedure

  1. Purchase your vehicle from a licensed dealer.
  2. Apply for a technical inspection certificate. This attests that the vehicle is in proper functioning condition and meets all safety and emission standards.
  3. Go to the Traffic Police department and submit your application form along with all required documents.
  4. Pay the registration fee.
