Who needs it?

Anyone who has received income within the tax year, and has tax due as stipulated by the Czech tax laws, should submit a tax return. This includes both self-employed individuals and employees (if necessary).

  5. Submit your tax form to your local Tax Authority or online via the Tax Authority website datová schránka before the due date, usually on 1st April.
  6. Wait and you will receive tax calculation statement from Tax Authority. Pay any owed taxes by the stipulated deadline.
