Procedure

  1. Register on the CAF website. You will need an email address and your bank details. Note that the website is only available in French. Use an online translator if needed.

  2. After registration, you’ll need to apply for housing aid (Aide au Logement). Fill out the online application form which involves providing information about your accommodation and income.

  3. Thoroughly review your application and submit it.

  4. Await the decision from CAF. You’ll receive a letter from them about the outcome of your application.
