Procedure

Acquire the basic B driving license if you haven’t already. This requires passing theoretical and practical driving tests.
Apply for the “Taxi course” in preparation for the “Taxi Exam” which covers knowledge of local geography, legal regulations and technical requirements for vehicles among others.
Pass the Taxi Exam.
After passing, apply for the Taxi Driver’s Card at the local municipality.
You will also need a medical certificate stating that you are fit to drive a Taxi.
