  2. Click on ‘Cómo obtener la partida de nacimiento’.
  3. Fill the requested form with personal details such as full name, place, and date of birth, parents’ full names.
  4. Submit the form.

In general, no documents are required. However, providing a copy of parents’ ID can be helpful.
